Archive a goal

The goal creator, assigner, or owner can archive a goal to hide it from active goal views, making it no longer visible in your current goal list.

📒Note: Depending on the goal period, an archived goal status displays an “On Hold” status for the current period or an “Ended” status for a past period.

Navigate to Apps > Goals > My Goals.

  1. Open a goal you want to archive.
  2. Click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu at the top right of a goal.
  3. Select Archive.

     4.   Click Archive to confirm.

📒Note: Archiving a goal does not affect its progress.

Reactivate an archived goal

Reactivate an archived goal at any time to restore it to the active goal list.

Navigate to Apps > Goals > My Goals.

  1. Click Filter on the right.
  2. From the Duration Status drop-down, select On Hold or Ended, depending on the archived goal’s status.

     3.   Click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu at the top right of a goal.

     4.   Select Active.

     5.   Click Active to confirm.
