Automatically Fetch Goals on Performance Review Form

The Automatically Fetch Goals feature on the performance review form streamlines the review process by fetching employee goals from the Goals module to the review form. This can save time and effort for the employee and reviewer, as they do not have to add each goal to the review form manually.

Having the employee's goals on the review form allows the reviewer to easily evaluate how well the employee has met each goal and provide feedback accordingly. This can also help to ensure the review is comprehensive and covers all relevant employee performance aspects.
