Check your redeemable points

The redeemable points indicate the number of points you can redeem.

Navigate to Apps > Rewards.

  1. On the “My Rewards” page, under “Redeemable points”:

  • Click View History to open the order history page.

  • On the “Order History” page, at the top right:

    • Click View Order Status at the top right to view your order status.
    • Click the Download Download Grey-1 icon to export the redemption history.

📒Note: You can view “Available points” and “Redeemable points” only if you have permission to award or redeem points.

     2.   In the “Redeem” section, the redemption options appear.

  • Click Go to Store on the right to visit the “Store” for more options.
