# Configure 360 feedback report sharing

Reporting settings control who sees respondent names, how scores are calculated, and when participants can access final reports.

If you saved the cycle earlier and want to continue the configuration:

Navigate to **Apps \> 360 Feedback** **\>** **Cycles**.

1. Open your 360 feedback cycle.
2. Scroll down to the **Reports** section.

### **Set anonymity**

Anonymity settings control whose names appear in the final feedback report. Visibility thresholds set the minimum responses required before a respondent group displays in the report. Together, these settings protect respondent identity.

1. Under **Respondent names are anonymous to**, select the audiences who cannot see respondent names:
2. **Employee**
3. **Manager**
4. **HR / Admin**
5. Use the toggle to **Hide comments for employees** to hide written comments from the employee.
6. Select the calculation type:
7. **All Responses Average**

- - **Individual Rater Response Average**

- - **Respondent Group Average**

The system uses the configured calculation type to determine how it calculates scores from respondent groups and individual responses. For more information, refer to the [Calculation approach guide](https://help.engagedly.com/calculation-approaches-guide?hsLang=en).

### **Share the final report**

1. Next to **Share final 360 feedback report**, open the drop-down and select one:
2. **Manually:** HR admins share reports after the cycle closes.
3. **Automatic:** The system releases reports on the access dates you set.
4. If **Automatic** is selected, select who can view the report and set the access dates:
5. **Employees report access date:** Employees view their reports on this date.
6. **Managers report access date:** Managers see their team’s reports on this date.
7. **Both:** Set separate dates for employees and managers.
8. Set the access start date to the cycle end date or a later date.

**📒Note:** If you select “Manual”, the date fields do not apply. You share the reports from the cycle dashboard after the cycle closes. For more information, refer to Export 360 feedback reports.

### **Customize report sections**

1. Use the toggle to enable the report sections you want to include:
2. Cover page
3. How do I read the report: A built-in guide that explains report sections, ratings and feedback summaries.
4. Spider charts
5. Bar charts
6. Strengths
7. Growth opportunities
8. Hidden strengths
9. Blind spots
10. Importance ratings
11. Ratings
12. Open-end comments
13. To edit a section’s title and description, click **Customize** next to it.

#### **Save the configuration (Optional)**

After you configure the report sharing, review the settings.

Do one of the following:

- Click **Preview** at the bottom right to review the details.
- Click **Save** to save your progress and return later.
- Continue to the next step of the cycle setup to configure notifications. For more information, refer to Configure 360 feedback cycle notifications.
