Configure custom rewards

Create personalized rewards that resonate with your employees, such as memorable experiences, unique gifts, or special opportunities.

Navigate to Settings > Rewards > Settings.

  1. Enable custom rewards
    • Under “Redemption”, scroll down to Custom Rewards.
    • Switch the toggle to enable custom rewards for your organization.
      2.   Add custom rewards
    • Under “Custom Rewards”, click Manage.
    • Click Add at the top right.
    • Enter the title and description.
    • (Optional) Upload an image.
    • Enter the reward points and quantity.
    • Select locations available in the organization and click Save.

      3.   Manage custom rewards
    • Under “Custom Rewards”, click Manage.
    • Switch the toggle on a reward to enable or disable it.

📒Note: Disabled rewards are not available for employee redemption.

  • Hover over a reward and click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu on the right.
  • Do one of the following:
    • Edit: Modify reward details.
    • Product History: View the reward’s activity history and export it if required.
    • Delete: Remove the reward permanently.
