Configure custom rewards

Create personalized rewards that resonate with your employees, such as memorable experiences, unique gifts, or special opportunities.

Navigate to Settings > Rewards > Settings.

1. Enable custom rewards

• • Under “Redemption”, scroll down to Custom Rewards.
  • Switch the toggle to enable custom rewards for your organization.

• • Under “Custom Rewards”, click Manage.
  • Click Add at the top right.
  • Enter the title and description.
  • (Optional) Upload an image.
  • Enter the reward points and quantity.
  • Select locations available in the organization and click Save.
    

• • Under “Custom Rewards”, click Manage.
  • Switch the toggle on a reward to enable or disable it.

• Hover over a reward and click the Overflow Menu on the right.
• Do one of the following:
  • Edit: Modify reward details.
  • Product History: View the reward’s activity history and export it if required.

  • Delete: Remove the reward permanently.
