Configure stages in a pipeline

Admins can configure stages in a talent pipeline after creating it to define how candidates progress through the pipeline.

Navigate to Apps > Talent Mobility > Talent Pipelines.

  1. Open a pipeline.
    Ensure the “Stages” toggle is enabled at the top right.
  2. Click the Settings icon at the top right.
  3. In the left pane, go to Manage Stages.
  4. Do one of the following as required:
  • Hover between stages and click the Plus  undefined-Jan-16-2026-06-23-51-6122-AMicon to add another stage.
  • Click the pipeline name or description to edit directly in the text field.
  • To reorder stages, drag a stage using the Six Dot Six dot icon on the left.
  • To remove a stage, click the Delete Delete Grey icon on the right.

Notes:

  • You can edit or delete stages.

  • You cannot delete or reorder the first and last stages.

  • You can modify stages at any time after creating the pipeline.
