Create IDP for Employees

An IDP (Individual Development Plan) is a tool used in organizations to help employees identify their career goals, skill gaps, and areas for growth and improvement. Creating an IDP is a very beneficial process for personal and professional development. The purpose of creating an IDP is to help individuals proactively manage their career development and work toward their personal and professional aspirations. It is used as a tool for employee development and talent management.

To create an IDP for employees: 

Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Growth > My Org.

Step 2: Select the employee from the users list.

Step 3: Click Create IDP

Step 5: Add description for the IDP if required.

Step 6: Set the Start date and End date.

Step 7: Select the Skills and Competencies for the IDP.

Step 8: Click Save to create the IDP.
