Do managers have access to calibration data for their team members?

Yes. Managers can view calibration data for their direct reports only after they submit their reviews for those employees.

Once the calibrated ratings are published, managers and employees can view the final calibrated rating. Managers do not have access to any other calibration details, such as calibration discussions or rating changes. Only admins have access to the complete calibration process.
