Does goal weightage automatically sync from the Goals module to the performance review form?

No. Goal weightage defined in the Goals module does not automatically carry forward to the performance review form.

During the review process, employees or managers may:

• manually pull goals into the review form, or
• automatically pull goals based on the review template configuration.

Once goals are added to the review form, the weightage is managed separately within the review form itself. Employees or managers can modify the goal weightage at any time before the review form is finally submitted.
