Enable and configure Tango

Enable Tango to allow employees to redeem reward points for a wide variety of gift cards and rewards. You can also manage funds and customize availability by location.

Navigate to Settings > Rewards > Settings.

  1. Enable Tango
  • Under “Redemption”, scroll down to Tango.
  • Switch the toggle to enable Tango for your organization.

     2.   Add a card
  • Click Add Card, enter the required card details, and click Add.
     3.   Add funds
  • Click Add Funds, enter the amount, and click Add.

     4.   (Optional) Enable Notify when the fund value reaches, and set the threshold.

      5.   Manage card

  • Click Update Card to modify details or delete the card.

     6.   Configure Tango settings
  • Set point-to-currency conversion rates for each location and currency.
  • Refer to Manage currency conversion to add or remove locations.
  • Click Manage Tango Locations and use the toggle to enable or disable locations.

Each Tango location links to multiple organizational locations through point-to-currency conversion configuration.

     7.   View fund history

  • Click View Fund History and then click the Download Download Grey-1 icon at the top right to export transaction records.
