Enable competencies for growth and learning

Admins enable competencies in Engagedly’s Growth and Learning apps, allowing employees to use them for career planning, learning programs, and performance development.

When competencies are enabled:

Employees can plan their career growth using relevant competencies
Learning programs can be mapped to development
Managers can assess and develop competencies consistently

Navigate to Apps > Growth > Settings.

Go to Competency Framework and ensure it is enabled.
In the “Enable competencies for” section, select Growth, Learning, or both.

📒Note: The “Learning” option appears only if your organization has an active subscription to Engagedly’s Learning app.
