Enable skills for growth and learning

Admins enable skills in Engagedly’s Growth and Learning apps, allowing employees to use them for career planning, learning programs, and performance development.

When skills are enabled:

Employees can plan their career growth using relevant skills
Learning programs can be mapped to skill development
Managers can assess and develop skills consistently

Navigate to Apps > Growth > Settings.

Go to Skills Framework and ensure it is enabled.
In the “Enable skills for” section, select Growth, Learning, or both.

📒Note: The “Learning” option appears only if your organization has an active subscription to Engagedly’s Learning app.
