The career paths help employees identify growth opportunities, develop relevant skills, and align their progress with organizational objectives. This helps them set clear career goals, enhance competencies, and advance within the organization.

Access career paths

Navigate to Apps > Growth > My Growth Hub.

Click Explore Career Paths at the top or click Explore in the "CAREER PATH" section to begin.

View role insights

While exploring, click a role within a career path to view its insights, including key responsibilities, role requirements, recommended areas for skills and competencies, and areas for development.

Take the next step

After exploring career paths:

• Decide on your aspired role and submit it if not already done.
• If you have already submitted it, edit it at any time. Refer to Submit your career aspiration.
• If an aspired role is submitted, the system recommends development plans to help you build the required skills and competencies.

If you are considering a role, click I am Interested at the top right to notify your manager.

You can schedule a one-on-one with your manager to discuss your career goals.
