Export 360 feedback reports
- Automatically share the report with employees and managers, or share it manually. Refer to the Share report.
- Anonymity settings allow you to hide the identities of any of the following: employees, managers, or admins.
Reports include ratings and comments from respondents. If anonymity is enabled, only comments are visible, and respondent names remain hidden.
Admins can view and export the report and generate summaries using Marissa AI.
Access reports
Reports are available only if admins share them.
For employees
Employees can view and export only their own reports.
Navigate to Apps > 360 Feedback > My 360 Feedback.
- Under “Completed Reviews”, hover over “Your Report” and click Show report.
For managers or admins
Managers can view and export reports of their direct reports. Admins can view and export reports of all employees.
Navigate to Apps > 360 Feedback > Overview.
- Click Manage for a cycle and open the Reports tab.
Reports overview
The reports include the following tabs: “Summary”, “Feedback Areas”, “Ratings”, and “Ratings and Comments”.
📒Note: The “Ratings and Comments” tab is not available for anonymous cycles.
- Summary: Shows consolidated responses, including a spider chart, a bar chart, strengths, growth opportunities, potential blind spots, section-wise ratings, and comments.
📒Note: You need at least three sections in the questionnaire to plot a spider chart.

The “COMMENTS” display a section summary and question-level comments from all respondents.
- Feedback areas: Display subsection-level reports.
- Ratings: Show overall and average ratings for sections and subsections.
- Ratings and comments: Contains detailed ratings and comments for each section and subsection with respondent names.

Summarize the report with Marissa
Marissa provides an overall and section-wise summary by analyzing all comments. It highlights positive feedback and critical issues, saving time spent reading individual responses.
To generate a summary
Scroll down to the “COMMENTS” section.
Click the Marissa
icon for the desired section or subsection.

After the summary is generated, you can save it or regenerate it. Once saved, you cannot regenerate it.
📒Notes:
- Once saved, the summary becomes visible to both reviewees and their managers.
- If new feedback is submitted later, Marissa automatically analyzes it and updates the summary.
Export reports
Export as PDF
Go to the Summary tab.
- For individual reviewee: Hover over the reviewee’s name and click EXPORT PDF.
- For all reviewees: Click EXPORT ALL PDF at the top right.
Export as Excel
- Go to the Feedback Areas or Ratings tab, click the Overflow
Menu at the top right, and select Export. - Go to the Ratings and Comments tab, click the Overflow
Menu at the top right, and select Export in old format.
