Fulfill or Decline Custom Rewards Redemption
When an employee redeems a custom reward, you can fulfill or decline the redemption. Fulfillment involves delivering the reward to the employee as requested. On the other hand, there are instances where redemption may be declined. In such cases, you can decline the redemption, providing the decline reason as necessary.
To fulfill or decline a reward redemption:
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Rewards.
Step 2: Click the Custom Rewards tab to view the custom rewards claim status report.
Step 3: Under the "Status" column, hover over the pending status and click the Icon to fulfill the claim or click the
Icon to decline the claim.
Step 4: Type the fulfill or decline message if required, and click Save.
