      Getting started with the Engagedly mobile app

      Introduction

      The Engagedly mobile app provides a seamless and holistic experience, allowing you to perform key actions at any time, anywhere. With an intuitive design and consistent navigation, the app makes it easy to access modules such as Feedback, Groups, Notes, Surveys, Team Pulse, Goals, Learning, Growth, Resources, and 360 Feedback, all in one place.

      Key actions

      Perform the following actions on your mobile:

      • Stay updated with notifications and pending actions
      • View posts and praises on Social
      • View posts in Groups
      • View upcoming birthday and work anniversary celebrations
      • Access the organization directory
      • View the profile of other employees
      • Connect with your team using their contact information
      • Share and request feedback
      • Create and share quick notes
      • Respond to the surveys
      • Submit team pulse responses
      • View active and aligned goals, key results, and add comments
      • Enroll and take the courses and learning paths
      • Create, edit, check-in, and delete IDP
      • Link courses to IDP
      • Add milestones and attachments to IDP
      • Respond to the career aspirations survey
      • View and edit submitted response to the career aspirations survey
      • View and download files in resources
      • Share 360 Feedback and nominate others to give you feedback
      • View responses received for 360 Feedback and download the report

      Access your profile

      Your profile gives a quick view of your personal and team details, achievements, and activity within Engagedly. You can also reach support or log out of the app.

      Tap the Hamburger Hamburger Menu Menu at the top left to open your profile.

      In your profile, you can view:

      • Photo
      • Name
      • Job title
      • Rank
      • Points
      • Badges
      • Contact details
      • About yourself
      • Team details, including your manager and your direct reports (if any)
      • Posts and Praises

      Tap Support to contact our support team.

      Tap the Log Out Logout icon at the top right in the menu and select LOGOUT.

      Main navigation menu

      The main navigation menu provides quick access to key sections of the mobile app. At the bottom of the screen, you can access the Homepage, Social, Directory, and Engagedly Apps.

      Employee features

      Engagedly offers a variety of apps within the mobile app, each designed to help employees engage, collaborate, and track performance. While all users can access these apps, admins and managers have additional capabilities in certain modules. Learn more in Admin features in the mobile app and Manager features in the mobile app.
