Navigation: Admin > Performance > Templates
1. Search and select a template to make it visible to others.
2. Click the overflow menu in the top right corner and select Publish to Library. It will publish the template to the library for all the other site admins to access it.
3. Alternatively, select Share from the same menu to share the template with selected users.
4. Search and select the users you want to share the template with and click Save.
