      Set One on One Meetings in Performance Cycle Setting

      One on One meeting happens between the employee and manager which is a standard function in the review process. 

      ADMIN VIEW:

      Navigation: Admin>Performance>Cycle>Create Cycle>Review Form Section

      • You can set One on One meetings in the performance review cycle by enabling it.  one_on_one_2.png

      MANAGER VIEW:

      • Click Add to add employees to One on One meeting in the performance cycle review. one_on_one.png
      • Add the "Meeting Date and Notes" and save them.one_on_one_02.png

      NOTE: The manager can "Add" One on One meetings even after the submission of the performance review.
