While creating a performance cycle, under "Process Configuration", the HR/Site Admin can permit the managers to delegate their review. The delegate reviewers are invited when the immediate manager has moved to another team/department or is busy with other project work or on a sabbatical or left the organization.
There are three ways the manager can invite the delegate reviewer.
Following are the steps to invite the delegate reviewer manually for the particular employee:
Navigate to Performance > Manage > Process
Step 1: Under the Process tab, click View Form for the particular employee.
Step 2: Click the pencil icon.
Step 3: Enter the reviewer’s name.
Step 4: Click Save.
OR
Navigate to Performance > Manage > Process
Step 1: Under the Process tab, for the particular employee click Overflow Menu next to
View Form.
Step 2: Select Delegate Review.
Step 3: Enter the reviewer’s name.
Step 4: Click Save.
OR
Following are the steps to invite the delegate reviewer for the bulk employees:
Navigate to Performance > Manage > Process
Step 1: Under the Process tab, click Actions.
Step 2: Select Delegate Reviews.
Step 3: Click Select.
Step 4: Select the employee(s).
Step 5: Click Delegate.
Step 6: Enter the reviewer’s name.
Step 7: Click Save.
