What are all the Reports can Admin Export from Analytics Page Under Manage Tab?

Admin can export the following reports from the Analytics page in (.xlsx) format.

• Review Status Distribution Report - This gives you a comprehensive picture of review status of team members in the cycle.
• Rating Distribution Report - The report shows employee and manager ratings (if the ratings are enabled under the cycle).
• Performance Review Report - Performance review report includes all the sections added in the template including the corresponding ratings and comments if enabled.
• 9-Box Distribution Report - 9-Box Distribution is used to view the ratings plotted in a 9-box performance-potential grid to take key talent decisions and plan for succession in the organization.
• Goal Rating Distribution Report - The Goals Report contains all the ratings and comments related to the goals if these are enabled and added in the performance cycle.
• Manager Recommendations Report - Manager Recommendations contain all the valuable responses provided by the manager in terms of employee performance, which will be further considered for appraisals and promotion.
• HR Recommendations Report - HR Recommendations contain all the valuable responses provided by the HR in terms of employee performance, which will be further considered for appraisals and promotion.
• Training Recommendations Report - Training Recommendations report contains data of all the training courses assigned to the employee by the manager or themselves during the review process.
• Development Plans Report - The Development Plan report is used to view the key data on development areas identified by the users during the review period. Managers and HR can also recommend development plans to employees.
