9-Box Rating Scale in Performance Review Cycle
The 9-Box works as per the rating given by the manager to the employee in
- Potential Rating (y-axis)
- Performance Rating (x-axis).
Potential Rating (x-axis)
Navigate to Admin > Performance > Cycle > Create Cycle > Review Form Section
Step 1: To make 9-Box Potential Scale visible enable "Employee Leadership Potential".
Step 2: The 9-Box Potential Rating Scale is determined by "Ratings or Questionnaire".
Step 3: To Determine Employee Potential in ratings, select "Ratings" and the 9-Box Potential Rating Scale will appear.
Step 4: To Determine Employee Potential in questionnaire, select "Questionnaire" and Questionnaire section will appear.
Performance Rating(y-axis)
Navigate to Admin > Performance > Cycle > Create Cycle > Review Form Section
Step 1: The 9-Box Performance Rating Scale (x-axis) will display below the 9-Box Potential Rating Scale (y-axis) after the Employee Leadership Potential is enabled, and you can manually set the rating scale.
Step 2: After the 9-Box Rating Scale setting up with both Potential Rating Scale and Performance Rating Scale, the manager must assess the performance cycle and review.
The 9-Box review will be displayed for both the employee and the manager.
Note: 9-Box Rating Scale can only be set to Focal Point Review and Work Anniversary Review in Performance Cycle Setting.
