Admins can remove employees from the course to unassign them.
Removing Individuals from the Course
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Learning > Courses > Assigned by You
Step 2: To remove the employee from the course, select the particular employee and click the Overflow menu.
Step 3: Select Remove Learners.
Step 4: “DELETE MEMBERS” window displays. Click DELETE.
Step 5: The selected employee is now removed from the course.
Bulk Employee Removal from the Course
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Learning > Courses > Assigned by You
Step 2: To remove the employees from the course, click ACTIONS.
Step 3: Select Remove Learners.
Step 4: Select the Learner check box for multiple employees and click REMOVE.
Step 5: “DELETE MEMBERS” window displays. Click DELETE.
Step 6: The employees are now removed from the course.
