Unassign the Course for Employees
Admins can unassign the employee(s) from a course.
Follow the steps below to unassign the employee(s) from a course:
Unassigning an Individual from the Course
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Learning > Courses > Assigned by You
Step 2: To remove an employee from the course, select the employee and click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Remove Learners.
Step 3: In the “DELETE MEMBERS” window, click DELETE.
Step 4: The selected employee is unassigned from the course.
Unassigning the Bulk Employees from the Course
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Learning > Courses > Assigned by You
Step 2: To remove the employees from the course, click ACTIONS and select Remove Learners.
Step 3: Select the Learner check box for multiple employees and click REMOVE.
Step 4: In the “DELETE MEMBERS” window, click DELETE.
Step 5: The employees are unassigned from the course.
