Enable the Additional Reviewer in the Performance Review Cycle

Admins can enable the additional reviewers in the performance review cycle, which allows Managers and HR Managers to add more reviewers for the review cycle.

Follow the steps below to enable the additional reviewers in the performance review cycle:

Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Performance > Cycle > Create

Step 2: Select Process Configuration. Click VIEW against “ADVANCED SETTINGS”.

Step 3: “ADVANCED SETTINGS” page opens. Click Yes under “Ability to invite Additional Reviewers.”

Step 4: Select HR Manager or Both HR and Manager under “Who can invite Additional Reviewers” and click SAVE.

Note: The HR Managers/Managers can invite anyone in the organization as an Additional Reviewer for the Employee.

Now, the ability to invite Additional Reviewers is enabled.
