The admins can publish the template in the library. So that the people with admin permission can assign the template to the employees.
Follow the steps below to publish the template in the library:
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Performance > Templates
Step 2: Select the performance review template under “Templates.” Click Overflow Menu and select Publish To Library.
The template is published in the library.
