The admins can rollback/pushback the review submitted by the HR Manager for an individual employee or multiple employees.
Follow the steps below to rollback/pushback the review submitted by the HR Manager:
Rollback of the Review Submitted by the HR Manager to an Individual Employee
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Performance > Cycles
Step 2: Select the performance review cycle and click MANAGE.
Step 3: The performance cycle window opens. Select the employee and click Rollback Review Icon in "HR Manager Status".
Step 4: “ROLLBACK HR REVIEW” confirmation window opens, and click ROLLBACK.
The submitted review by the HR Manager for an employee is rollbacked to HR Manager.
Rollback the Review Submitted by the HR Manager for Multiple Employees
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Performance > Cycles
Step 2: Select the performance review cycle and click MANAGE.
Step 3: The performance review cycle window opens, and click ACTIONS.
Step 4: “ACTIONS” window opens. Select HR under the "Rollback for" section and click SELECT.
Step 5: Select the “Employee” check box for multiple employees and click ROLLBACK.
Step 6: “ROLLBACK HR REVIEW” confirmation window opens, and click ROLLBACK.
The submitted review by the HR Manager for multiple employees is rollbacked to HR Manager.
