Admins can enable employee's self-review in the review cycle settings. When the employee's self-review is enabled, all the employees must submit their self-reviews.
Follow the steps below to enable employee's self-review:
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Performance> Cycles.
Step 2: Click the Overflow Menu in any of the cycles and click Edit.
Step 3: Click Process Configuration and select YES under “Should Employees review themselves.”
Step 4: Set the employee self-review end date and click SAVE to update your cycle settings.
- The Employee's self-review end date should be less than the cycle end date.
- The employee's self-review start date is the same as the cycle start date.
