Remove Respondents from the Surveys

The Survey assigner can remove the respondents from the Surveys.

Remove an individual respondent from the Survey

Follow the steps below to remove the respondent from the Survey:

Step 1: Navigate to Manage > Surveys > Overview

Step 2: Select the Survey from which you want to remove the respondent.Step 3: In the Survey page, click Respondents.Step 4: In the “Respondents” page, select the respondent and click the Remove Respondent Icon.Step 5: The “REMOVE” confirmation window opens, and click REMOVE.The respondent is removed from the Survey.

Bulk removal of respondents from the Survey

Follow the steps below to remove the respondents from the Survey:

Step 1: Navigate to Manage > Surveys > Overview

Step 2: Select the Survey from which you want to remove the respondents.Step 3: In the Survey page, click Respondents.Step 4: The “Respondents” window opens. Click ACTIONS and select Remove Respondents.Step 5: Select the Respondent check box for multiple respondents and click REMOVE.

The respondents are removed from the Survey.
