How to Remove the Participants from the Engagement Survey
Admins can remove the participants from the Engagement Survey.
Remove an individual participant from the Engagement Survey
Follow the steps below to remove an individual participant from the Engagement Survey:
Step 1: Navigate to Admin >Engagement Survey
Step 2: Select the Engagement Survey from which you want to remove the participant.
Step 3: In the Engagement Survey page, select the participant and click the Remove Participant Icon.
Step 4: The “REMOVE” confirmation window opens, and click REMOVE.
The participant is removed from the Engagement Survey.
Bulk removal of participants from the Engagement Survey
Follow the steps below to remove the participant(s) from the Engagement Survey:
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Engagement Survey
Step 2: Select the Engagement Survey from which you want to remove the participants.
Step 3: In the Engagement Survey page, click ACTIONS and select Remove Participant.
Step 4: Select the “Participant” check box for multiple participants and click REMOVE.
The participants are removed from the Engagement Survey.
