Admins can nudge the participants to submit the Engagement Survey.
Nudgean Individual participant from the Engagement Survey
Follow the steps below to nudge an individual participant from the Engagement Survey:
Step 1: Navigate to Admin >Engagement Survey
Step 2: Select the Engagement Survey from which you want to nudge the participant.
Step 3: In the Engagement Survey window, select the participant and click Nudge Icon.
Step 4: The “NUDGE” confirmation window opens. Type the nudge message and click NUDGE.
The participant is nudged to submit the Engagement Survey.
Bulk nudging of participants from the Engagement Survey
Follow the steps below to nudge the participants from the Engagement Survey.
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Engagement Survey
Step 2: Select the Engagement Survey from which you want to nudge the participants.
Step 3: In the Engagement Survey window, click ACTIONS and select Nudge.
Step 4: Select the “Participant” check box for multiple participants, and click NUDGE.
Step 5: The “NUDGE” confirmation window opens. Type the nudge message and click NUDGE.
The participants are nudged to submit the Engagement Survey.
