All employees can create and view an open group in the organization. To join an open group, the employees must send a request to the group admin.
All employees can create a closed group in the organization. Only the group admins can add and remove the participants. The closed group is visible only to its participants.
Note: The site Admins can view the closed group.
Only admins can create an interest group. All the employees can view and join the interest group without the approval of the group admin.
Only admins can create a smart group. The smart group will automatically add the employees based on the following data:
Date of hire
Last promotion date
Next review date
