Exclude a Respondent from the 360 Feedback Report

Admins can exclude a respondent from the final 360 Feedback report that is shared.

Follow the steps below to exclude a respondent from the report:

Step 1: Navigate to Admin > 360 Feedback.

Step 2: Go to the “RECENT CYCLES” section and click View All to view all the cycles.1.png

Step 3: Click MANAGE on the cycle from which you want to exclude the respondent from the report.2.png

Step 4: Go to the Dashboard section.3.png

Step 5: To exclude a respondent from the report, click the Overflow Menu Master_Component-12.png Icon of the respondent and select Exclude from Report.4.png

Step 6:The Exclude confirmation popup appears, click EXCLUDE.5.png

The respondent is excluded from the report.
