Deactivate Discretionary Badges in Rewards

Admins can deactivate customized badges under the settings.

Follow the steps below to deactivate discretionary badges:

Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Rewards.

Step 2: Go to the Discretionary Badges section to view the customized badges.Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Deactivate Badge you want to deactivate.Step 4: The "Deactivate Badge" confirmation pop-up appears, click DEACTIVATE.The deactivated badges are now in the “inactive” section.
