By default, admins can share seven questions with employees in Team Pulse. Admins can set the number of questions to be sent to the employees while setting up Team Pulse. They can also change it after the Team Pulse launch.
The questions are divided into two sections:
- Team questions
- Private questions
To change the number of questions:
While setting up and launching Team Pulse
Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Settings
Step 2: In the "Manage Team Questions" or "Manage Private Questions" sections, set the number of questions to be sent to employees every week.
After Team Pulse Launch
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Team Pulse > Manage Questions.
Step 2: In the "Manage Questions" section, select Team Questions or Private Questions and click
Icon.

Step 3: Change the number of questions to be sent to the employees.
Step 4: Click Save to update the Team Pulse settings.
