Change the Number of Questions in Team Pulse

Changing the number of questions in Team Pulse is the action of modifying the maximum number of questions sent to employees. This feature allows admins to adjust the total number of questions sent to employees based on their specific requirements or preferences.

Admins can set the number of questions to be sent to the employees while setting up Team Pulse. They can also change it after the Team Pulse launch.

Admin can change the number of team and private questions sent to employees every week.

Change the number of questions while setting up and launching Team Pulse

Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Team Pulse > Settings.

Step 2: In the "Manage Team Questions" or "Manage Private Questions" sections, set the number of questions to be sent to employees every week.

Change the number of questions after launching Team Pulse

Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Team Pulse > Manage Questions.

Step 2 : In the "Manage Questions" section, select Team Questions or Private Questions and click the Edit  Icon.

Step 4: Click Save to update the question settings.
