By viewing the response history of a question, you can track changes in employee responses over time and identify trends or patterns in the data. This information can be valuable in understanding employee engagement and identifying areas for improvement in the organization.
To access the view response history of a question:
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Team Pulse > Weekly pulse.
Step 2: Select the employee from the “AUDIENCE LIST”.
Step 3: Click View History on any of the questions.
Step 4: Admins can view the past responses provided by the employee to the question.
Step 5: Click Add to add the comments.
Step 6: Type the comment and press Enter key OR click the
Icon to post the comment.
