Functionalities of Inbox
Admins, managers, and employees can comment on a Team Pulse question response in the inbox. They can also add participants to the conversation.
The inbox feature helps the users stay organized, prioritize messages, and respond to messages more efficiently, ultimately leading to better communication and collaboration within the platform.
You can perform the following actions under Inbox:
- Add comments to a question conversation
- Add other employee to a question conversation
- Add a question conversation to your favorite
Add Comments to a Question Conversation
To add comments to a question conversation:
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Team Pulse.
Step 2: Go to Inbox and select a question conversation to add a comment.
Step 3: Type the comment in the “Add a Comment” box and click the Post Icon to post your comment.

Add Other Employees to a Question Conversation
You can add other employees to any question conversation in the inbox.
To add other employees to the question conversation:
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Team Pulse.
Step 2: Go to Inbox and select the question conversation .Step 3: Click the Add
Icon and search for employees in the “Search” bar.
Step 4: Select the employees and click Add.
Add a Question Conversation to Your Favorite
You can add any question conversation to your favorites and filter it.
To add a question conversation to your favorite:
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Team Pulse.
Step 2: Go to the Inbox , hover over the question conversation and click the Star

Step 3: You can filter your favorite question conversations. Click the Star
