Team Pulse Notifications

By default, Team Pulse notifications are sent through in-app and Email.

Team Pulse notifications refer to the alerts and reminders that are sent to team members to encourage them to submit their responses to the Team Pulse survey. These notifications can be customized and configured to suit your team's specific needs and preferences.

In-App Notifications for Employees

Employees will receive in-app notifications through the bell icon and pending actions.

• Bell icon notifications:
  A notification will be sent to the employees on Team Pulse start day and time, to submit the Team Pulse responses.
  

• Pending actions notifications:
  The employees will receive a pending action notification on Team Pulse start day and time, to submit the Team Pulse responses.

In-App Notifications for Managers

Managers will receive in-app notifications through the bell icon and pending actions to review the Team Pulse response of their respective team members.

• Bell icon notifications:
  The Managers will be notified to review the Team Pulse response of their respective team members on the managers' review start day and time.

• Pending actions notifications:
  The Managers will receive a pending action to review the Team Pulse response of their respective team members on the managers' review start day and time.

Email Notification for Employees

• Launch of Team Pulse
  Employees will receive a notification when the Team Pulse is launched.
                     

• Nudge notifications
  When admins and managers nudge employees to submit their Team Pulse responses, they will receive a nudge notification.

  

   

• Team Pulse due notifications
  Employees will receive a Team Pulse due notification a day before the submission end date.

  

  Employees will receive a Team Pulse due notification one hour before the submission end date.

  
  
  

• Inbox notifications
  Employees will receive Inbox notifications when admins and managers comment on your response to a Team Pulse question.

  

Email Notifications for Managers

• Review notifications
  The Managers will receive a notification reminding them to review the Team Pulse responses of their team members on the manager's review start date.

  
  
  

• Nudge notifications
  Managers will receive nudge notifications when the admins nudge the managers to submit the Team Pulse review.
