The purpose of nudging is to increase participation rates and ensure that as many employees as possible provide feedback and insights, which can help the organization identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Nudging sends a reminder notification to the team members to submit Team Pulse.
Managers can nudge their direct reports, the secondary team, and the entire team.
Nudge your team members:
Step 1: Navigate to Teams > Team Pulse > Reports.
Step 2: Click View Details.
Step 3: Select the team from the "My Team" dropdown.
Step 4: Click Nudge.
Step 5: Select the team members.
Step 6: Type your reminder message in the “COMMENTS” box.
Step 7: Click Nudge.
