      View Response History of a Question

      The View History represents the response of a respondent (Employee) over a period of Team Pulse for a particular question.

      By viewing the response history of a question, you can track changes in employee responses over time and identify trends or patterns in the data. This information can be valuable in understanding employee engagement and identifying areas for improvement in the organization.

      Managers can view the previous responses of their team members for a particular question.

      View the response history of a question:

      Step 1: Navigate to Teams > Team Pulse > Weekly Pulse

      Step 2: Select the team member under “MY TEAM.”

      Step 3: Select a question and click View History.1.png

      Step 4: View all the previous responses and trends to the question of the team member in the “History” window.  Click Master_Component-42.png Icon to view the next question’s history.3.png
