Dynamic emails allow users to share feedback, add feedback comments, and view and comment on praise without going to engagedly site. The user will get notifications in Outlook from engagedly team whenever the user receives:

• Feedback

• Comments on feedback

• Feedback request

• Public praise

How it works?

Share feedback:

Step 1: Open the feedback request email from engagedly team from your outlook.

Step 2: Provide your feedback from Outlook.

 

Step 3: Click Share Feedback to share your feedback.

View and comment on feedback:

Step 1: Open the feedback email from engagedly team from your outlook.

Step 2: Type your comment in the respond box.

 

Step 3: Click Post to add comment to the feedback.
