Add and Manage Goal Unit Types

Admin can add and manage goal unit types. Goal unit types allow employees to measure the goal progress in quantity and set the target values to achieve the goal. 

To add and manage goal unit types:

Navigation: Settings > Goals > Unit Types.

Add Goal Unit Type

When the goal unit type is added, the users can select it while choosing the quantity type of measurement during the goal creation. 

  • Click ADD UNIT TYPE.

  • Select an icon from the drop-down, type the unit type, and click ADD.

Manage Goal Unit Type

When the admin adds a goal unit type, by default, the status of the goal unit type is active. Admin can change the status of goal unit type to Inactive at any time.

  • Make a Goal Unit Type Inactive

    When the goal unit type status is "Inactive," the employees cannot select the specific goal unit type while choosing the measurement type during the goal creation.

  • Select Inactive from the status drop-down.

  • Make a Goal Unit Type Active

    When the goal unit type is "Active," the employees in the organization can select the specific goal unit type while choosing the measurement type during the goal creation.
  • Select Active from the status drop-down.
