Is it Mandatory for Employees, Reviewers, and HR Managers to Sign-Off the Performance Review Cycle?

By default, employees must sign-off their reviews.

Note: You can make Reviewers and HR Managers sign-off mandatory by "enabling sign-off for Reviewers and HR Managers" in cycle settings.
