Follow a Goal
By following other employee goals or top level goals, users can understand how their work contributes to the overall success of the team or organization and identify opportunities for collaboration and support.
The goal follower can perform the following action:
- View goal progress
- View the hierarchy of the goal
- Praise goal owner
- View goal information

Employee to Follow a Goal
Employees can follow other employee goals and top level goals in the organization from the goals directory. Employees can follow any top level goals from the Top Level Goals section.
Step 1: Navigate to Home > Goals > Goals Directory.
Step 2: Select an employee and click any goal.
Step 3: Click Follow.
Manager to Follow a Goal
Managers can follow any goal of their direct reports, other employee goals, and top-level goals in the organization. Managers can follow other individual goals from the Goal Directory and top level goals from the top level goals section respectively.
Step 1: Navigate to Teams > Goals > My Team Goals.
Step 2: Select an employee and click any goal.
Step 3: Click Follow.
Admin to Follow a Goal
Admin can follow any goal in the organization, including individual and top level goals. The admin can follow any top level goal from the Top Level Goals section and individual goals from the Goals Directory section.
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Goals > Goals Directory to follow an individual goal OR
Navigate to Admin > Goals > Top Level Goals to follow a top level goal.
Note: Here, we are demonstrating following an individual goal.
Step 2: Select an employee and click any goal.
Step 3: Click Follow.
