Filter Goals
Filtering goals refers to the process of sorting and selecting specific goals from a large list or set of goals based on certain criteria. Filtering goals typically involves using filter or search functions to narrow down a list of goals to those that are most relevant to employees or teams.
Users can filter the goals based on the following conditions:
- Goal start and end date
- Categories
- Goal status (At Risk, Behind, Not Started, On Track, Achieved)
- Goal progress
- Measurement type
- Last progress update date
- Progress update due date

Employee to Filter Goals
Employees can filter goals from the My Goals, Goal Directory, and Top Level Goals sections.
Step 1: Navigate to Home > Goals > My Goals.
Step 2: Click the Filter Icon.
Step 3: The employee can filter goals from the Filter window.
Manager to Filter Goals
Managers can filter goals from the My Team Goals, Goal Directory, and Top Level Goals sections.
Step 1: Navigate to Teams > Goals > My Team Goals.
Step 2: Click the Filter Icon.
Step 3: The manager can filter goals from the Filter window.
Admin to Filter Goals
Admin can filter goals from the Goal Directory and Top Level Goals section.
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Goals > Top Level Goals to filter the top level goals OR
Navigate to Admin > Goals > Goals Directory to filter individual goals.
Note: Here, we are demonstrating filtering the top level goals.
Step 2: Click the Filter Icon to filter the goals.
Step 3: The admin can filter goals from the Filter window.
Filter Goals
- Select or set the filter conditions as required and click Apply.
