Mark an Aligned Goal as a Contributor

Marking an aligned goal as a contributor indicates that progress on the aligned goal will contribute to the achievement of the parent goal.

Employee to Mark an Aligned Goal as a Contributor

Employees can mark a goal as a contributor to any goal aligned with their own goals.

Step 1: Navigate to Home > Goals > My Goals > Owned by Me.

Step 2: Click any goal and click Aligned Goals.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon on any aligned goal and select Mark as Contributing. 
Step 4: Click Mark as Contributing on the confirmation pop-up.

Admin to Mark an Aligned Goal as a Contributor

Admins can mark a goal as a contributor to any aligned goal across the organization. They can also mark an aligned goal as a contributor to an individual goal from the Goals Directory.

Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Goals > Top Level Goals to mark an aligned goal as a contributor to the top level goal OR Navigate to Admin > Goals > Goals Directory to mark an aligned goal as a contributor to an individual goal.

Note: Here, we are demonstrating marking an aligned goal as a contributor to the top level goal.

Step 2: Click a goal and click Aligned Goals.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon on any aligned goal and select Mark as Contributing. 
Step 4: Click Mark as Contributing on the confirmation pop-up.
