Lock and Unlock a Goal
Users can lock a goal whenever required. When a goal is locked, the goal assigner and goal owner cannot modify the goal.
In this article, we have covered how can an employee, manager, and admin lock a goal.
Employee to Lock a Goal
Employees can lock any goal owned and assigned by them.
Step 1: Navigate to Home > Goals > My Goals > Owned by Me.
Step 2: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Lock on any goal.
Step 3: Click Lock in the "Confirm Lock" pop-up to lock the goal.
Note: To unlock a locked goal, click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Unlock.
Manager to Lock a Goal
Managers can lock any goals owned by their direct reports.
Step 1: Navigate to Teams > Goals > My Team Goals.
Step 2: Select an employee and click any goal.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Lock.
Step 4: Click Lock in the "Confirm Lock" pop-up to lock the goal.
Note: To unlock a locked goal, click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Unlock.
Admin to Lock a Goal
Admins can lock any goal in the organization, including individual and top level goals.
Admin can lock an individual goal from the Goal Directory section.
Step 1: Navigate to Admin> Goals > Top Level Goals.
Step 2: Click any goal.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Lock.
Step 4: Click Lock in the "Confirm Lock" pop-up to lock the goal.
Note: To unlock a locked goal, click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Unlock.
