Archive a Goal
Archiving a goal will remove the goal from the owner's active goal list and prevents it from updating further. Users can archive a goal when they feel it is irrelevant. Archiving does not impact the progress of the goal. It can be activated at any time.
This article explores how an employee, manager, and admin can archive a goal.
Employee to Archive a Goal
Employees can archive a goal that is owned/assigned by them.
Step 1: Navigate to Home > Goals > My Goals > Owned by Me.
Step 2: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Archive.
Manager to Archive a Goal
Managers can archive any goal of their direct reports
Step 1: Navigate to Teams > Goals > My Team Goals.
Step 2: Select an employee and click any goal.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Archive.
Admin to Archive a Goal
Admins can archive any top-level goals in the organization. They can also archive any individual goal from the Goals Directory.
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Goals > Top Level Goals to archive a top level goal OR
Navigate to Admin > Goals > Goals Directory to archive an individual goal.
Note: Here, we are demonstrating archiving the top level goal.
Step 2: Click any top level goal.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Archive.
