Move the Goal to Active
Once a goal is archived, users have the option to restore it back into an active state.
This article explores how can an employee, manager, and admin move the goal to active.

Employee to Move the Goal to Active
Employees can move any archived goal to an active state that is owned and assigned by them.
Step 1: Navigate to Home > Goals > My Goals > Owned by Me.
Step 2: From the status drop-down, select On-Hold to view the archived goals.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Active.
Manager to Move the Goal to Active
Managers can move any archived goal of their direct reports to the active state.
Step 1: Navigate to Teams > Goals > My Team Goals.
Step 2: From the status drop-down, select On-Hold to view the archived goals.
Step 3: Select an employee and click any goal.
Step 4: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Active.
Admin to Move the Goal to Active
Admins can move any archived top level goal to the active state in the organization. They can also move any archived individual goal to the active state from the Goals Directory.
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Goals > Top Level Goals to move an archived top level goal to the active state OR Navigate to Admin > Goals > Goals Directory to move an archived individual goal to the active state.
Note: Here, we are demonstrating moving the top level goal to active.
Step 2: From the status drop-down, select On-Hold to view the archived goals.
Step 3: Click any top-level goal.
Step 4: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Active.
