Nudge a Goal Owner
The nudge is a reminder that is sent to employees (goal owners) to encourage them to take action toward achieving their goals.
In this article, we have covered how can an employee, manager, and admin nudge a goal owner.

Employee to Nudge a Goal Owner
Employees can nudge a goal owner only if they assign a goal to others in the organization.
Step 1: Navigate to Home > Goals > My Goals > Assigned by Me.
Step 2: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Nudge.
Step 3: The employee can nudge the goal owner from the Nudge window.
Manager to Nudge a Goal Owner
Managers can nudge any direct report regarding the goal's progress.
Step 1: Navigate to Teams > Goals > My Team Goals.
Step 2: Select an employee and click any goal.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Nudge.
Step 4: The manager can nudge the goal owner from the Nudge window.
Admin to Nudge a Goal Owner
Admins can nudge any goal owner in the organization, including individual and top level goal owners. They can nudge an individual goal owner from the Goal Directory section.
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Goals > Top Level Goals to nudge a top level goal owner OR
Navigate to Admin > Goals > Goals Directory to nudge an individual goal owner.
Note: Here, we are demonstrating nudging the top level goal owner.
Step 2: Click any goal.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Nudge.
Step 4: The manager can nudge the goal owner from the Nudge window.
Nudge a Goal Owner
Type your nudge message and click Nudge.
